Once summer hits, I’m not trying to do a lot in the kitchen. Between the heat, the kids, and everything else going on, I just want meals that are quick, easy, and don’t make a mess. This list has 85 Summer recipes I actually use when it’s hot out, stuff like no-cook dinners, simple grilled meals, and cold desserts that don’t require turning on the oven.
There’s a little bit of everything below, plenty to give you ideas for Summer recipes, including snacks, sides, breakfast ideas, and a whole section for when you want to keep things healthy-ish.
