ROASTED  CAULIFLOWER PITAS

Love Mediterranean flavors? And love sandwiches? These Roasted Cauliflower Pita sandwiches have all the flavors of the Mediterranean plus they're vegan!

INGREDIENTS

▢ head of cauliflower ▢ olive oil  ▢ cumin  ▢ paprika ▢ coriander ▢ garlic powder ▢ salt and pepper ▢ lettuce ▢ tomatoes ▢ tahini ▢ small pita breads

STEP 1

the cauliflower and olive oil on a parchment covered baking sheet

toss

STEP 2

the seasonings together in a small bowl.

mix

STEP 3

the cauliflower with the seasoning making sure to evenly cover it.

coat

STEP 4

the cauliflower until golden brown, tossing until halfway through.

bake

Fill a pita with the roasted cauliflower, sauce and vegetables for the best vegan sandwich recipe!
