BEST VEGETARIAN BURGER

HOW TO MAKE THE 

Vegetarian burgers don't have to be dry! This Mediterranean chickpea burger is the best veggie burger recipe with tons of flavor!

INGREDIENTS

▢ red onions ▢ parsley ▢ garlic cloves  ▢ oregano ▢ canned chickpeas ▢ rolled oats ▢ flour ▢ feta ▢ sun-dried tomatoes ▢ olive oil

STEP 1

the parsley, red onion, garlic and oregano to the bowl of a food processor.

add

STEP 2

until finely minced.

process

STEP 3

the chickpeas, oats, flour, sun-dried tomatoes and feta and quickly pulse.

add

STEP 4

the burger mix into 6 evenly sized patties.

STEP 5

in an oiled and hot heated pan for about 5 minutes on each side.

Serve with your favorite burger toppings...don't forget the French fries! Such a fresh great veggie burger!
