3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip
Weekend healthy munchies with a side of peanut butter yogurt dip. I make this 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip all the time because let’s face it…it’s easy and AHH-mazing! Like the title of the post suggests, the recipe only needs three ingredients, two of which are in the title…haha! You can play around with the ratio as you wish, but I like to mix half a cup of Greek Yogurt with three tablespoons of peanut butter and two tablespoons of honey.
Those three little ingredients can actually help you stay satiated and can help you keep your weight in check. Why? Well, the greek yogurt has about 10 grams of protein in half a cup, which means you’ll feel fuller longer (and have less tendency to get hungry or reach for more snacks). Then, there’s the peanut butter which is chock-full of heart-healthy monounsaturated fat…the good fat which can help you lose belly weight! And as for the honey…well, it just sweetens the whole deal and makes you feel extra satisfied. Whip it all together and it’s a creamy dreamy hip-hip-hooray dip! And if you love it, try this Chocolate Peanut Butter Dip.
