SHRIMP FAJITA BOWLS

STEP 1

cook brown rice until the rice is tender

STEP 2

fluff rice with a fork and add lime juice, lime zest, and cilantro

STEP 3

add the sliced peppers and onions to a large skillet with olive oil

STEP 4

add the garlic, some of the taco seasoning and continue cooking

STEP 5

add the seasoned shrimp to the pan

STEP 6

cook until the shrimp is opaque and turns pink
