INGREDIENTS

▢ puff pastry ▢ onions ▢ olive oil ▢ salt ▢ brown sugar

▢ mushrooms ▢ garlic ▢ thyme ▢ egg ▢ cheese

STEP 1

chopped onions with olive oil to a pan

STEP 2

until browned

cook

STEP 3

the sliced mushrooms and some sugar

STEP 4

garlic and fresh herbs, and cook

STEP 5

out small circles using a cookie cutter

STEP 6

about 2 tablespoons of the mushroom mixture on top
