 MEXICAN  CHOPPED SALAD

Need a fresh, light salad recipe to celebrate Cinco de Mayo or Mother's Day? I'm sharing all the tips and tricks to make the best chopped salad!

INGREDIENTS

▢ Romaine lettuce ▢ black beans  ▢ corn kernels  ▢ Roma tomatoes ▢ avocado ▢ red onion ▢ jicama ▢ cilantro ▢ cotija ▢ Greek yogurt ▢ garlic cloves ▢ lime juice ▢ kosher salt ▢ cumin ▢ extra virgin olive oil

STEP 1

all the veggies by chopping and dicing them.

the dressing ingredients together in a food processor until blended.
