Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 banana cut and frozen
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend for 60-120 seconds until you get a smooth and creamy texture.
  • Taste the smoothie, adding more milk if it is too thick or adding more sweetener if it’s not sweet enough for you. Pour into a cup or mason jar. Enjoy immediately, or store in fridge for up to 24 hours.

Notes

My Top Tip: Freeze your bananas ahead of time. While you can use a regular banana, using a frozen banana makes this smoothie extra cold and creamy! It's worth it!
Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight mason jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours. But ideally, it's best to consume your smoothie immediately after making.
Freezing: To freeze your smoothie, you can place it in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. To thaw, let it sit in the fridge overnight. Stir before serving.
