In a small bowl or mug, sift the matcha green tea powder to remove any clumps.
Add the hot water and whisk the matcha and hot water together until the mixture becomes smooth and frothy.
Stir in the honey until it dissolves completely.
Heat the milk in a cup for 1 minute. Then pour the matcha mixture slowly over the warm milk using a whisk or frother to incorporate the matcha into the milk as you pour. Enjoy immediately.
