Celery Juice Recipe
Simple celery juice recipe made with fresh celery and green apple. Two ingredients, takes minutes in a juicer, and best consumed right away.
Prep Time5 minutes mins
Total Time5 minutes mins
Servings: 2 servings
- 1 large bunch celery chopped
- 3 green apples chopped, seeds removed
Thoroughly wash and prep the celery and apples.
Push the celery and apples through the juicer. Alternate between the two so the flavors mix well together. You should get between 16 and 20 ounces.
Serve immediately for maximum health benefits.
My Top Tip: Alternate between celery and apple as you juice. Running all the celery through at once can slow things down or clog the feed tube. Alternating keeps things moving and makes sure the flavors blend together as they come out.
Storage: The celery juice benefits and nutrition are best when it's fresh. But you can store leftovers in an airtight mason jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
Freezing: You can freeze celery juice, but it's more nutritious when it's fresh.
