Notes

Storage: Hard boiled eggs can be refrigerated for up to one week whether they're peeled or unpeeled. For unpeeled hard boiled eggs, store them in any container, sealed or unsealed. For peeled hard-boiled eggs, store them in a bowl of cold water to cover. Make sure to change the water daily. Or you can store them in a sealed container without water. Instead, cover the eggs with damp paper towels.
Freezing: You can freeze only the cooked egg yolks (not the whites). Remove the cooked yolks, and place them in a freezer safe container or heavy-duty freezer bag. They will stay good in the freezer for up to 3 months.
