Notes

Storage: Hard boiled eggs can be refrigerated for up to one week whether they're peeled or unpeeled.
  • For unpeeled hard boiled eggs, store them in any container, sealed or unsealed.
  • For peeled hard-boiled eggs, store them in a bowl of cold water to cover. Make sure to change the water daily. Or you can store them in a sealed container without water. Instead, cover the eggs with damp paper towels.
Freezing Instructions: You can freeze only the cooked egg yolks (not the whites). Remove the cooked yolks, and place them in a freezer safe container or heavy-duty freezer bag. They will stay good in the freezer for up to 3 months.
