Place the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Using your hands, mix together the ingredients until fully combined. Form into 4 patties, about ¼ inch thick.
Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer with space between each patty and air fry at 375°F for 5 minutes, until the internal temperature of the beef reaches 160°F.
