Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
Lay out 4 slices of bread on a cutting board and place 2 slices of cheese on 2 of the slices. Place the remaining slices of bread on top and close the sandwiches.
Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each sandwich.
Cook the sandwiches in the preheated air fryer for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Cooking times may vary depending on the air fryer model.
Remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for one minute before slicing in half and serving.
Notes
Storage: If you need to store the air fryer grilled cheese, keep it in an airtight container and store it in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. You can reheat it in an air fryer at 350°F for a few minutes until warmed through.
