Fresh Garden Salad

- 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 2 Persian cucumbers
- 1 carrot peeled and grated
- ½ small red onion sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Place the salad ingredients in a large bowl or divided into 4 bowls.
Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl or jar. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately after tossing.
