Ingredients

  • 24-30 4- inch skewers
  • 8 ounces beef salami
  • 16 ounces fresh ⅓-inch mozzarella balls about 24 - 30 balls
  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes about 24 - 30
  • 16 ounces green olives pits removed (about 24 - 30)
  • 12-15 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Balsamic glaze for serving

Instructions

  • Assemble the skewers by placing folded salami, mozzarella balls, grape tomatoes and green olives on a skewer. Repeat with the remaining skewers and ingredients, switching the order of ingredients on the skewer.
  • Place the skewers on a large circular serving platter or cutting board, overlapping them if needed to fit the size of the board. Tuck the rosemary springs underneath the skewers all around.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Drizzle balsamic glaze immediately before serving.

Notes

Tip: Make your antipasto skewers ahead of time (minus the glaze) and store them in the fridge, so all you have to do the day of is arrange them on your charcuterie board in the shape of a wreath.
