  • Place the feta cheese, Greek Yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and black pepper in the bowl of a small food processor. Process until smooth and creamy, with no chunks of feta remaining.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and use a spoon to create a swirl on top. Drizzle extra olive oil on top and garnish with fresh dill and crushed red pepper.
  • Serve with toasted bread, crackers, and vegetables.

Notes

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days. When you're ready to serve again, let it sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes. If it's too thick, give it a stir. You can also drizzle more olive oil to bring back its creamy consistency.
