Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove smashed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Fresh vegetables for serving

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a food processor, place the cottage cheese, olive oil, garlic, dill, chives, lemon juice and salt. Blend until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth, about 2 minutes.
  • Serve in a bowl along with fresh cut vegetables.

Notes

My Top Tip: Don't go overboard with the garlic! Garlic can be a dominant flavor, especially when it's raw, so be careful not to use too much (you can always add more to taste). I even like to cut my garlic cloves in half and remove the sprout in the center to take the spicy heat out!
Storage: You can store leftover dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
