Servings: 8 servings
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a round 9 inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, sugar, and vanilla; then beat in the eggs.
In another medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Transfer the dry ingredients on top of the wet ingredients. Stir with a wooden spoon or spatula until well blended. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, being careful not to overcook them.
Allow to cool completely. Then cut into 8 equal triangles. Melt the chocolate chips and use a toothpick to apply it to the back of the pretzels, candy googly eyes and M&M’s and place on the brownies to mimic a reindeer. Allow the chocolate to harden and enjoy.
Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container. They will last about 5-7 days in the fridge.
Sourcing: You can get the pretzels, googly eyes and M&Ms all at any major grocery stores in the baking isle.
