Pistachio Latte Recipe Hot or Iced
This pistachio latte can be made hot or iced with pistachio cream, espresso, and milk of choice. Top with crushed pistachios for something extra.

- 1 tablespoon pistachio cream plus more for serving
- ½ cup ice if serving cold
- 1 cup milk cold or hot
- 1 ounce espresso
- Crushed pistachios for serving
Hot Pistachio Latte
Add pistachio cream to the bottom of a mug. Use a small spoon or spatula to spread it along the sides of the mug.
Brew espresso and pour it directly into the mug over the pistachio cream. Stir gently to combine.
Heat or steam milk until hot and frothy. Slowly pour it into the mug over the espresso.
Drizzle a little extra pistachio cream on top and sprinkle with crushed pistachios. Serve immediately.
Iced Pistachio Latte
Add pistachio cream to the bottom of a clear 12-ounce glass. Spread it around the bottom and sides.
Fill the glass halfway with ice. Pour brewed espresso over the ice.
Pour cold milk over the espresso, stir gently. You can also froth the milk and carefully pour on top of the espresso to make it feel more decadent.
Top with a drizzle of pistachio cream and crushed pistachios. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.
- My Top Tip: If I want to make this latte feel like I'm truly drinking something from a coffee shop, I'll froth the milk! You can do this for hot milk with the steam wand of an espresso machine or with an electric frother. For cold milk, a handheld frother will do the trick!
