Pasta Chip Recipe
This viral TikTok pasta chip recipe is made with rigatoni in the Air fryer and cooked until crispy and ready to dip!

For the Whipped Feta Dip
- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 2 ounces Greek yogurt
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Make the Pasta Chips. Bring a large pot of heavily salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta al dente according to package directions and drain.
Toss the pasta with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, tossing a couple of times.
Make the Dip. Add the crumbled feta to a food processor and pulse to create small crumbs. Add the Greek yogurt and garlic. Process while streaming in the olive oil until the feta is creamy, 4–5 minutes, scraping down the sides as necessary.
Serve the pasta chips with the whipped feta dip.
- My Top Tip: Shake the air fryer basket a few times while cooking. It helps the pasta chips get crispy all over.
- Storage: The pasta chips taste best fresh, but you can store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
