Ingredients

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend for 60-120 seconds until you get a smooth and creamy texture.
  • Taste the smoothie, adding more milk if it is too thick or adding more sweetener if it’s not sweet enough. Pour into a cup or mason jar. Enjoy immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Notes

Storage:
Smoothies are best enjoyed fresh but if you have any leftover coconut water smoothie, store it in an airtight container like a mason jar in the fridge for up to 2 days. Shake to redistribute ingredients before drinking.
Tips:
  • Strip the kale leaves from the stems to avoid bitterness in the smoothie.
  • Use frozen bananas for a richer, creamier, and chilled smoothie.
