Fruit Ice Cube Recipe

These fruit ice cubes are easy to make with literally any fruit you've got and an ice cube tray. It makes water or even lemonade feel exciting!

Ingredients

  • Filtered water double-boiled and cooled
  • Strawberries sliced
  • Orange sliced
  • Lemon sliced
  • Kiwi sliced

Instructions

  • Wash the fruit, cut it into small pieces, and arrange it in your ice cube trays or molds.
  • Pour the filtered double-boiled water over the fruit. Freeze for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Enjoy with a glass of water, lemonade, iced tea, or on their own.

Notes

Storage: The fruit ice will last in the freezer up to 3 months.
Make-Ahead Tips: Double-boil the water ahead of time for quicker assembly.
Equipment: You can use any ice cube tray or mold to make the fruit ice cubes. I use the iceology trays from Dexas, which remove impurities and bubbles during the freezing process.
