These easy and delicious fruit and yogurt parfaits layer juicy strawberries, creamy Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, and crunchy granola in every bite!
Add the strawberries and sugar in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight.
Divide half the strawberries into two clear glasses.
Add half the Greek yogurt on top.
Add half the blueberries on top.
Add all the granola on top.
Repeat with one more layer of strawberries, one more layer of Greek yogurt, and one more layer of blueberries.
Serve immediately for best consistency.

Storage: The fruit and yogurt parfaits are best enjoyed as soon as you've made them, but if you have leftovers, cover the cups with plastic wrap and store them in the fridge for up to 3 days.
