  • Preheat an air fryer to 400ºF.
  • Dry the cooked beans well, then place in a bowl along with the olive oil, nutritional yeast, paprika, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
  • Transfer the seasoned beans to the air fryer and shake the basket to make sure they're in a single layer. Cook until crisp and puffed, shaking the basket halfway through, for 15-20 minutes total.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days
