Crispy Onion Rings

Preheat the oven to 400℉ and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the grated cheese on the bottom of the baking dish in a thin even layer.
Add the onion slices on top of the cheese so they are touching but not overlapping.
Spray the top of the onion rings with cooking oil spray. In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle on top of the onions.
Bake until crispy and golden brown, about 20 minutes. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and then break apart to serve with ranch or your favorite dip.
