Crispy Onion Rings are a viral TikTok recipe made with just 4-ingredients in 20 minutes. They're a fun appetizer to enjoy with ranch dip or even as a sandwich or burger topping

  • Preheat the oven to 400℉ and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread the grated cheese on the bottom of the baking dish in a thin even layer.
  • Add the onion slices on top of the cheese so they are touching but not overlapping.
  • Spray the top of the onion rings with cooking oil spray. In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle on top of the onions.
  • Bake until crispy and golden brown, about 20 minutes. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and then break apart to serve with ranch or your favorite dip.
