Notes

My Top Tip: Boost the color of your broccoli by blanching it! I like to place my broccoli in boiling water for a couple minutes and then shock it in an ice water bath immediately after. This preserves the deep bright green color of the broccoli and makes it easier to chew!
Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container. The vegetables will last up to 7-10 days, and the dip will last 5-7 days. You can also repurpose the vegetables for stir frys, soups or salads.
