Baked Feta Dip Recipe
This baked feta dip is made with a block of feta cheese that is baked with red pepper, olives, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Takes 10 minutes to prep.

Servings: 8 servings
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ red pepper thinly sliced
- ½ red onion thinly sliced
- ½ cup pitted kalamata olives
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 8 ounce block feta cheese
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- Fresh basil for garnish
- Pita chips or crackers for serving
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In an oven safe dish, place the tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, olives, garlic, and oregano. Pour the olive oil on top and toss until well combined.
Place the feta block in the middle of the baking dish surrounded by all the vegetables. Add the crushed red pepper on top of the feta cheese.
Bake until the cherry tomatoes burst and the feta cheese melts, about 30 minutes.
Top with fresh basil leaves and serve with pita chips or crackers.
Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days.
