Baked Feta Dip Recipe

This baked feta dip is made with a block of feta cheese that is baked with red pepper, olives, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Takes 10 minutes to prep.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ red pepper thinly sliced
  • ½ red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 8 ounce block feta cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • Pita chips or crackers for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In an oven safe dish, place the tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, olives, garlic, and oregano. Pour the olive oil on top and toss until well combined.
  • Place the feta block in the middle of the baking dish surrounded by all the vegetables. Add the crushed red pepper on top of the feta cheese.
  • Bake until the cherry tomatoes burst and the feta cheese melts, about 30 minutes.
  • Top with fresh basil leaves and serve with pita chips or crackers.

Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days.
