Avocado Crema
Silky, smooth lime avocado crema made with Greek yogurt, fresh avo, lime, and garlic. A delicious sauce for tacos, burritos, bowls, and more!

Servings: 6 servings
- 2 avocados
- ½ cup plain whole milk yogurt
- 1 large lime zested and juiced
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth with no lumps, scraping sides down as needed.
Serve as desired and transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Recipe makes about 1 1/2 cups, with 1/4 cup per serving.
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Press plastic wrap on the surface to prevent browning. Freeze in small freezer safe zip-top bags for up to 3 months, thawing in the fridge before using.
