Air Fryer Buffalo Wings
This Air Fryer Buffalo Wings recipe uses flats and drumettes seasoned with a simple mix of salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Air Fried until extra crispy and then tossed in buffalo sauce.

Preheat the air fryer to 380°F. When heated, spray the basket with cooking spray.
Pat the chicken wings dry. Then transfer them to a large bowl. Toss the wings with smoked paprika, garlic powder and ½ teaspoon of salt.
Place the chicken wings in the air fryer skin side down so they are not touching. Cook for 10 minutes. Then flip the wings, increase the temperature to 400°F, and continue cooking until the wings are crisp and golden, about 10-13 more minutes.
Meanwhile, in a microwave-safe large bowl, melt the butter. Whisk in the hot sauce and the remaining ¼ teaspoon of salt to combine. Set aside.
When the chicken wings are done cooking, toss them with the buffalo sauce. Serve immediately with celery sticks and ranch dressing, if desired.
