This Avocado Smoothie combines creamy avocados, coconut water, pineapple, and kale into a delicious and healthy smoothie that's just so good!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 ripe avocado pitted, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup kale leaves packed
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • ½ lime juiced

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend for 60-120 seconds until you get a smooth and creamy texture.
  • Taste the smoothie, adding more coconut water if it is too thick or adding more sweetener if it’s not sweet enough for you. Pour into a cup or mason jar. Enjoy immediately, or store in fridge for up to 24 hours.
