Air fryer potatoes are a healthier alternative to deep fried potatoes. They have a crispy texture without high fat or calories - easy side dish for any meal
Place the potatoes in a bowl with the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer and arrange in a single layer. You may need to cook in two batches. Cook until crispy with golden brown edges, shaking the basket halfway through, 20-25 minutes total.
Remove and add more salt to taste, if desired.

Notes
Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container. They will last about 3-4 days in the fridge. To reheat, just place in the airfryer at 360°F for 1-2 minutes or in a toaster oven. You can also reheat in the microwave but the potatoes won't retain their crispy texture that way.Substitutes: For best results, follow the recipe as is. However you can switch out the spices if you'd like and use other types of potatoes.* Please note the nutrition label does not include any dip or sauce.
