Ingredients

Lemony Italian Steak Marinade:

Garlicky Worcestershire Steak Marinade:

  • 1 ½ pound steak of choice
  • ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Soy Ginger Steak Marinade:

  • 1 ½ pound steak of choice
  • ½ cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Cumin Lime Steak Marinade:

Instructions

  • For each variation of marinade, whisk the marinade ingredients together in a shallow bowl. Add the flank steak on top and turn the meat over so it is well coated.
  • Let sit for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours, flipping the meat once or twice during the marinating time, then cook as desired.
