I make my Alfredo Sauce Healthier by using cottage cheese instead of cream. I do keep some butter and parm cheese for flavor giving each serving 18g of protein!
Add the cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper to a high speed blender and process until smooth to create an alfredo-like sauce.
Notes
Storage: Stored in an airtight container in the fridge, this sauce will last about 4 days. To reheat it, I would do so in a saucepan on the stovetop over low heat!
