Dirt Pudding Cup Recipe

These dirt pudding cups are made with an easy homemade chocolate pudding, layers of crushed chocolate cookies for dirt, and gummy worms.

  • Place the vanilla yogurt, heavy cream, honey, cacao powder, vanilla, salt, and peanut butter, if using, in the bowl of a stand mixer and process until smooth and fluffy, about 1 minute, making sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  • Create alternate layers, 2 each of the crushed cookies and the chocolate pudding and divide between 6 small cups or jars.
  • Top with gummy worms and serve immediately.

Notes

  • My Top Tip: I like to freeze my Oreos on a baking sheet for 30 minutes, before crushing them with a food processor. You can also add them to a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
  • Storage: If you have leftover cups, cover them tightly and keep them refrigerated. They'll keep well for 3 to 4 days. Freezing is not recommended.
