Coconut Water Smoothie Recipe
This coconut water smoothie is made with coconut water, fresh kale, bananas, and natural sweeteners.

Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend for 1-2 until you get a smooth and creamy texture.
Taste the smoothie, adding more milk if it is too thick or adding more sweetener if it’s not sweet enough. Pour into a cup or mason jar. Enjoy immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
Storage:
Smoothies are best enjoyed fresh but if you have any leftover coconut water smoothie, store it in an airtight container like a mason jar in the fridge for up to 2 days. If needed, blend again before drinking.
To freeze, transfer the smoothie to a freezer-safe container, leaving plenty of space to allow for expansion during freezing. Seal the container and place it in the freezer for up to 3 months. When ready to enjoy, thaw in the fridge and shake or blend to incorporate any separated ingredients.
