Heat butter in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Whisk the eggs in a small bowl, then carefully pour into the center of the pan. When the edges start to set, start to gently fold the eggs until the eggs are cooked through, about 2-3 minutes.
Divide the eggs into 4 sides of whole grain English muffins. Layer pizza sauce on top, add shredded mozzarella and sliced olives and sprinkle with dried oregano.
Broil on high until the cheese melts, about 1-2 minutes. Top with fresh basil and crushed red pepper, and enjoy immediately.
