Making your own Tahini sauce is not only simple, but it’s also a great way to get that delicious, nutty flavor into all sorts of dishes.  It can be used as a dip, a spread, or even a dressing.

▢ tahini paste ▢ lemon juice ▢ garlic ▢ salt ▢ water

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1

the tahini paste in a small bowl

STEP 2

lemon juice, crushed garlic, and salt

add

STEP 3

vigorously until it becomes thick, homogenized, and lighter in color

in the water

until the mixture is smooth and creamy

STEP 6

and adjust the lemon juice and salt

taste

Serve with shawarma, grilled chicken, or any type of meat or vegetable dish!
