SMASHED SWEET POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

▢ olive oil ▢ sweet potatoes ▢ salt ▢ butter ▢ Italian seasoning ▢ garlic ▢ black pepper ▢ crushed red pepper ▢ parmesan cheese

STEP 1

the par-boiled sweet potato round on a prepared baking sheet

STEP 2

your butter mixture over the potatoes and turn to evenly coat
