NO-BAKE PUMPKIN BALLS

WHAT YOU NEED

oat flour

oats

pumpkin pie spice

peanut butter

maple syrup

egg

mini chocolate chips

pumpkin puree

add the pumpkin puree, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a large bowl

mix well until full combined and the peanut butter is dissolved

add the dry ingredients on top of the wet ingredients

mix well until a firm texture is formed, and add the mini chocolate chips if you’d like

using a spring-loaded cookie scoop, form the batter into small bite sized balls

roll them with your hands for a smooth and even texture
