This easy oatmeal recipe bakes right in the fruit and milk absorbing all the amazing flavor!

You can customize the ingredients to your favorite oatmeal mixins

INGREDIENTS

▢ bananas ▢ rolled oats ▢ chia seeds  ▢ almond milk ▢ frozen mixed berries ▢ cinnamon ▢ lemon ▢ maple syrup

STEP 1

the bananas in the bottom of the prepared 9x13 pan.

with the rolled oats (steel cut not recommended here).

over the chia seeds.

the milk over the whole pan of oatmeal

STEP 5

with the frozen berries along with a sprinkling of cinnamon and lemon zest.

 until the oatmeal is soft when the oats thicken and the liquid is absorbed.
