Why this tuna salad is the best...

This easy tuna salad recipe is healthy and light thanks to Greek yogurt.

Full of texture and crunch with celery and some zest from red onion.

The addition of Dijon mustard adds a flavor boost!

INGREDIENTS

▢ white albacore tuna ▢ celery stalks  ▢ red onion  ▢ Greek yogurt ▢ lemon juice ▢ oil ▢ salt & pepper ▢ chopped parsley

STEP 1

the tuna salad dressing by stirring the yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon and seasonings in a bowl.

STEP 2

until the dressing is smooth and creamy.

STEP 3

the drained tuna along with the chopped celery and onion.

STEP 4

the tuna salad together until combined.
