INGREDIENTS

▢ hard boiled eggs ▢ nonfat Greek yogurt ▢ Dijon mustard ▢ lemon ▢ salt and pepper ▢ oregano ▢ celery stalks ▢ parsley

STEP 1

the eggs for 6 minutes in boiling water. Peel the eggs and roughly chop.

STEP 2

mix

the Greek yogurt, Dijon and lemon together in a small bowl.

STEP 3

add

the chopped celery and parsley to the yogurt mix and stir to combine.

STEP 4

stir

in the chopped eggs until combined and coated with the dressing.
