3-INGREDIENT CHIA PUDDING

HEALTHY BREAKFAST

This is a healthy recipe loaded with protein, fiber and healthy fats!

INGREDIENTS

▢ chia seeds ▢ almond milk ▢ honey

your milk of choice to a jar and sprinkle in the chia seed

add

STEP 1

the milk and seeds together, and then drizzle in honey or sweetener of choice

stir

STEP 2

again until all the chia seeds have been distributed evenly into the milk

stir

STEP 3

and refrigerate the pudding for at least 2 hours or overnight

cover

STEP 4

When you’re ready to eat it, top with your favorite fruit and enjoy cold!
