Waffles for dinner? You bet! This simple blueberry waffle recipe isn't just good...it's easy!  I've got all the tips for you to make fluffy waffles!

INGREDIENTS

▢ Greek yogurt ▢ milk  ▢ eggs  ▢ honey ▢ vanilla extract

STEP 1

together the Greek yogurt, milk, eggs, honey and vanilla.

STEP 2

the flour, baking powder and salt to the batter and mix well.

in the blueberries. Be gentle! You don't want the waffle mix to turn blue!

up your waffle iron. It needs to be hot, clean and dry to make a crispy waffle!

Thank you! You can easily make the batter the night before and keep it covered in the fridge ready to use in the morning. The batter can be safely stored for up to 3 days. These waffles should be able to freeze too!
