HOMEMADE PITA BREAD 

HOW TO MAKE

Making pita bread at home is not only easy but better than store-bought! I'm sharing all the tips and tricks so you can learn how to make homemade pita bread!

INGREDIENTS

▢ flour  ▢ yeast ▢ sugar  ▢ salt ▢ olive oil ▢ water

STEP 1

the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, oil and water in a medium bowl.

combine

STEP 2

the dough until it comes together and forms a ball.

knead

STEP 3

in a dark, warm space until the dough doubles in size.

rise

STEP 4

the dough into 12 equal pieces

divide

STEP 5

each piece on individual pieces of parchment into circles.

roll

STEP 6

over on a heated baking sheet and bake until fluffy.
