INGREDIENTS

▢ bell peppers ▢ olive oil ▢ ground beef ▢ onion  ▢ 7 spice  ▢ cooked rice ▢ salt ▢ cinnamon ▢ black pepper ▢ tomato sauce ▢ garlic cloves  ▢ toasted pine nuts  ▢ fresh parsley

STEP 1

the bell peppers by slicing them in half, coring them and removing the seeds

STEP 2

the olive oil in a large skillet and add the ground beef, onion and 7 spice cooking 7-10 minutes

STEP 3

the rice and sprinkle over cinnamon, salt and pepper. Add water and cover to cook.

STEP 4

the peppers with the rice and beef mixture almost to the tippy top.

STEP 5

tomato sauce around the peppers adding some minced garlic and a little water if needed.

Serve with a sprinkling of pine nuts and spoon over some sauce for an incredibly light comfort food recipe!
