Reindeer Brownies

These Reindeer Brownies are made with an easy brownie batter recipe and decorated like reindeers - kid friendly and perfect for Christmas!

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a round 9 inch baking pan.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, sugar, and vanilla; then beat in the eggs.
  • In another medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Transfer the dry ingredients on top of the wet ingredients. Stir with a wooden spoon or spatula until well blended. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, being careful not to overcook them.
  • Allow to cool completely. Then cut into 8 equal triangles. Melt the chocolate chips and use a toothpick to apply it to the back of the pretzels, candy googly eyes and M&M’s and place on the brownies to mimic a reindeer. Allow the chocolate to harden and enjoy.

Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container. They will last about 5-7 days in the fridge.
