Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Allspice
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 ½ teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cloves
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cumin
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined.
  • Store for up to 6 months in a cool dry place.

Notes

Storage: Store the spice mix in an airtight spice container in a cool and dry pantry for up to 6 months.
