Ingredients

Instructions

  • Heat an air fryer to 380ºF and spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Prepare the Brussel sprouts by trimming their stems and cutting larger ones in half so they are relatively equal in size.
  • Place the cleaned trimmed Brussel sprouts in a large bowl along with the olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Toss to combine.
  • Transfer the Brussels sprouts to the air fryer and arrange in a single layer. You may need to cook in two batches. Cook until crisp tender with browned edges, shaking the basket halfway through, 10-12 minutes total.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top and serve immediately.

Notes

Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container. They will last about 4-5 days in the fridge.
Make Ahead Tips: You can easily prepare the Brussel sprouts in advance since trimming the ends and halving them is the most time consuming part of the recipe.
