Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp protein powder of choice
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup of water or milk
  • 1/2 an apple diced
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Drizzle of honey optional

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredient in a jar, including the apples, mix it up, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. The next morning, add more fresh cut apples if you wish, or your favorite toppings like nuts or granola and enjoy!
